Jaques' Bagatelle game board design is now the standard design for playing Bagatelle all around the world. It all started in the 19th century when Jaques' Bagatelle game was presented personally to Queen Victoria. There were some Bagatelle sets that had the side-rail pocket system while others became smaller and had the holes placed in strategic areas in the center of the table. Jaques idea for their re-introduction of Hit-a-Pin Bagatelle game board is skillfully crafted to regulation size and layout, each made of hardwood construction with a Mahogany finished frame. Complete with brass finish scoring pins, gold-blocked numbers, 20 chrome steel bagatelle balls and baize back to protect polished surfaces from scratches. This superb wooden board also comes complete with original facsimile of Jaques' Bagatelle board playing instructions, just as they were 100 years ago. Size approx. 30" x 15".
