We ship with UPS to the Continental US. Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada charges are slightly more.
Normal UPS Ground shipping time is approximately 7 business days from the time your order is
received.

Return Policy
Items may be returned for refund or replacement within 45 days of the shipment date. Please call us for return information. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by the invoice, and must be in original condition and with original packaging. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or shipping damaged returns. Please enclose a note briefly explaining the reason for your return, and indicate whether you wish a refund, exchange, or replacement. If you choose a refund, and you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be issued to your credit card and will appear on your billing statement. Special order items are not returnable. If the product has a defect or is damaged it may be returned for repair or replacement of the item at Jaques America's discretion. Please call toll free: 877-374-8881 before returning any item.
